24th January 2024, Brunei Darussalam — Takaful Brunei launched its rewards program ‘Bersama Takaful’ at the 28th Consumer Fair held at the International Convention Centre (ICC), Berakas. Committed to elevate the customer experience and expressing appreciation for the continued trust and support of their patrons, the introduction of Bersama Takaful marks a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing efforts to provide added value and build lasting relationships with their valued customers.
Officiating the launch was the guest of honour of the 28th Consumer Fair, Deputy Permanent Secretary (Trade and Industry), Ministry of Finance and Economy, Yang Mulia Awang Mohammad Harris bin Brigadier Jeneral (RTD) Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim and Takaful Brunei’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Yang Mulia Haji Shahrildin bin Pehin Orang Kaya Lela Utama Dato Paduka Haji Jaya.

- Points System: Earn Takaful Points with every product participation, engagement, or referral through the Takaful Brunei Mobile app.
- Tiered Membership Levels: As customers accumulate points, they will advance through tiered membership levels and unlock greater rewards and privileges.
- Redeemable Rewards Merchants: A diverse catalogue of rewards ranging from product discounts to lifestyle/food and beverage items. The diverse catalogue allows customers to choose rewards that resonate with them.
