27th October 2025, Bandar Seri Begawan – Takaful Brunei Am Sdn Bhd (TBA) officially launched its roadshow at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital (RIPASH), aimed to provide awareness regarding TBA’s comprehensive medical solutions and its Guarantee of Payment (GOP) service.
The event was officiated by the presence of Yang Mulia Muhammad Aziman bin Haji Awang Nasir, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of RIPASH and Yang Mulia Barudin Hj Kudil, Chief Operations Officer of TBA.
The roadshow seeks to educate the public about the importance of medical coverage while introducing a key service of all medical plans, the Guarantee of Payment, where customers no longer need to handle medical payments themselves. This streamlined process ensures customers can focus on their recovery without the stress of managing bills or reimbursements. In addition, visitors to the roadshow can learn more about TBA As Syifa’ Government Hospital Plan, which is designed to make healthcare coverage more accessible to everyone. These plans provide financial support for treatments and hospitalisation at government healthcare facilities. Alongside the Guarantee of Payment (GOP) service, the plan includes key features such as no maximum age limit, cover for pre-existing conditions (terms and conditions apply) and autoacceptance.
As part of its digital transformation efforts, customers are also encouraged to explore the plans through online platforms, such as through the Takaful Brunei website, where customers can easily browse, compare and make payments for their TBA As Syifa’ plans anytime, anywhere.
Members of the public may visit the TBA booth from Monday, 27th October 2025 to Saturday, 8th November 2025, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, to learn more about TBA’s As Syifa Medical plans and enjoy exclusive on-site consultations and participation benefits. Customers are encouraged to explore the different TBA As Syifa’ plans, as they have the opportunity to get expert advice and discover the plan that works best that fits their needs.
