SYARIKAT Takaful Brunei Darussalam Sdn Bhd along with its subsidiaries, Takaful Brunei Am (TBA) and Takaful Brunei Keluarga (TBK), held a recitation of Surah Yaasiin and Tahlil ceremony for Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien ibni
Al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad Jamalul Alam and Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Bendahara Pengiran Anak Abdul Rahman, the late parents of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, at the Royal Mausoleum yesterday.
Chief Syar’ie Judge and Chairman of the Syariah Advisory Body Pehin Orang Kaya Paduka Seri Utama Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Salim bin Haji Besar attended the ceremony. Also present were members of the board of directors, officers and staff of Takaful Brunei, TBA and TBK.
The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Yaasiin followed by Tahlil and Doa Arwah.
