25th March 2024, Brunei Darussalam – In its ongoing efforts to demonstrate its commitment to the community, Syarikat Takaful Brunei Darussalam Sdn Bhd (Takaful Brunei) and its subsidiaries Takaful Brunei Am (TBA) and Takaful Brunei Keluarga (TBK) have provided aid to underprivileged families during the holy month of Ramadhan through their Jalur Kasih Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
This month’s Jalur Kasih campaign successfully assisted 10 families across the Brunei-Muara,and Temburong districts by donating daily necessities such as canned foods, clothing detergent,cooking ingredients, fragrant rice and more. The visits were led by Takaful Brunei’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Yang Mulia Haji Shahrildin bin Pehin Orang Kaya Lela Utama Dato Paduka Haji Jaya. Each visit was concluded with the recital of the Doa Selamat to offer blessings and hope for their burdens to be eased.
Takaful Brunei hopes to be part of a community that comes together to assist underprivileged families during the holy month of Ramadhan and the upcoming month of Syawal. Jalur Kasih is a monthly initiative that aims to ensure that all layers of society can enjoy the joyous occasion and enhance closer ties with communities all around Brunei Darussalam. Takaful Brunei remains committed to its corporate social responsibility efforts and pledges to serve the society through various initiatives in the future.
