Takaful products now offered via mobile app

TAKAFUL Brunei Am Sdn Bhd (TBA) is offering a new way for their customers to pay for their comprehensive motor and fire Takaful. TBA customers can renew or take up new takaful products through the TBA Call Centre and pay through the BIBD online or mobile app.

This online and mobile payment service also includes free delivery of the customers’ Takaful Certificate within Brunei Muara, Kuala Belait and Seria area within the same day or the next day, subject to its terms and conditions.

Recently, Takaful Brunei was awarded the Best Takaful Company in Brunei for 2017 during the 11th International Takaful Summit in London, Kensington. A pivotal contribution to on winning the award was TBA’s commitment to deliver strong Takaful values in the market which has made them a household name in Brunei Darussalam’s Takaful/Insurance industry.

The TBA Call Centre, which previously provided the 24-hour emergency towing hotline services, product and general enquiries then expanded their Call Centre services to include motor and fire takaful renewals since last year.
