TAKAFUL Brunei Keluarga (TBK) yesterday held a blood donation drive for the second year running in collaboration with the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital Blood Donation Centre at its Head office in Kiulap carrying the theme, “Donate Blood Save Lives Every Drop Matters”. More than 10 people rolled up their sleeves and bled in support of this worthy cause.
The two-hour campaign was open to participation by TBK’s valued customers, members of the public as well as employees. Pengiran Haji Md Suffri bin Pengiran Hashim, Chief Corporate Officer of Takaful Brunei was among the donors.
This blood donation drive is part of TBK’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which shares the belief that every drop of blood donated matters especially in helping out those in need and aiming to provide support and concern towards the community by replenishing the National Blood Bank.
TBK conveyed their appreciation to the donors of this blood donation campaign in making the event memorable.
