Twenty students from universities and higher education institutions received cash prizes for their participation in the Takaful Brunei Am Sdn Bhd (TBA) Group Personal Accident for Students promotion which ran from July to October.
Students who participated in TBA’s Group Personal Accident for Students protection plan were eligible to win prizes totalling BND5,000 by contacting the TBA Call Centre or visiting the nearest counter.
New students enrolling in Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB), Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) and Politeknik Brunei stood a chance to win prizes. Winners were drawn randomly using a computerised system.
TBA replaced the intended gadget prizes with cash of equivalent value which is directly transferred into the winners’ bank accounts, in abiding by the standard operating procedures (SOPs) set by the Ministry of Health.
The top three Student Group Personal Accident Takaful winners from first to third place according to the universities and higher education institutions are Syarfa Aniya binti Said, Rihhadatul Nur Faizah binti Aminuddin and Haji Muhammad Danish Qawi bin Haji Haszahaidi from UBD.
UNISSA winners were Nur Ani Zahidah binti Zulkafli, Muhammad Abdullah Danzal bin Mohammad Noor and Nur Syazwani Farhanah binti Mohammad Yassin while UTB winners were Nizamuddin Thafiq Hanif bin Mohammad Jafar, Ahmad Izzat bin Haji Azmanuddin and Amal Zafirah binti Haji Maidin.
Pengiran Mohammad Zahiruddin Afif, Nuur’ Naqibah Aaqilah binti Yahdi and Mohammad Hazdaniel bin Ahmad Hazwan were winners from Politeknik Brunei.
TBA will also be giving away prizes for new UBD students for the January 2022 intake.
All enrolling students who participate in TBA’s Personal Accident for Students ‘Plan 4’ through Takaful Brunei Mobile or TBA Call Centre will stand a chance to win cash prizes of up to BND650.
